1st trip to Chincoteague

We had the best trip to Chincoteague at the beginning of August! My husband and I have always wanted to go but it just never worked out. I'm so glad we were able to go this year and that Sophia came with us too. She's at such a great age to play at the beach, she made it so much fun for all of us! Surprisingly, she wasn't afraid of the water or sand.

We took a short break at the Salisbury campus so Sophia could get out of the car and walk around."

I love the beach!

She had so much fun playing in the sand with her daddy.

She would pick up a handful of sand and throw it when the wave would come.

She loved her beach toys so much she even carried them to the beach. haha

Apparently Mommy's sunglasses are so awesome!

Last dinner at the beach

We stopped at a park in the morning before we hit the road. We didn't stay long because she wanted to get in the mud by the water.
